Proof Approval

        •       Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all proofs before production begins. By approving a proof, you are confirming that all details, including design, spelling, colors, and dimensions, are correct.
        •       Proof Approval Confirmation: Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made, and the production process will commence based on the approved design.

Refunds

        1.      Eligibility for Refunds
        •       Refunds are not available for personalized or custom-made items once the proof has been approved and production has started.
       
        2.      Damaged or Defective Items
        •       If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue.
        •       We will review the claim and, if approved, will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
        3.      Non-Returnable Items
        •       Custom or personalized products


Refund Process

        1.      Inspection
        •       Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
        •       If approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within [Y] days.
        2.      Partial Refunds
        •       Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition not caused by our error.

Return Shipping

        •       Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
        •       Incorrect or Damaged Items: For items that are incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs
